This module looks at techniques that are particularly good for generating awareness, with some tips on selecting the right techniques for your business. Those on the full programme will then have access to how-to guides for the techniques that they want to try. We will cover:

Who is this for?

This programme has been designed specificially for business owners. Businesses that will get the most from this are likely to employ up to 30 people. You're likely to be selling a product or service that people take their time to consider, often including a proposal stage and personal selling. It's not suitable for businesses selling 'impulse purchases'.

29 June, 1pm - Week One: Introducing Watertight Marketing

Outlining the strucuture of Watertight Marketing. This forms the key blueprint for organising your content, activity and skills across the whole buying decision. You will leave this session with an understanding of how marketing delivers sales results, and simple way of depicting and expaining this to others.

6th July, 1pm - Week Two: Your Bucket - This session looked at how to ensure that you keep and grow the customers you win.

13th July, 1pm - Week Three: Your Funnels - This session looks at laying a clear path to your doorway, ensuring that you don't lose potential buyers along the way.

20th July, 1pm - Week Four: Your Taps - This session looks at how to promote your business to new customers and maintaining awareness.

27th July, 1pm - Week Five: Generating Awareness - This session looks specifically at awareness techniques and how to structure them for ongoing momentum.

3rd August, 1pm - Week Six: Creating Interest  - This session looks at key ways to draw people in to finding out more about your business, and its products and services.

10th August, 1pm - Week Seven: Surviving Scrutiny - This session looks at what you can do to ensure that your products and services survive the buyer's evaluation.

17th August, 1pm - Week Eight: Facilitating Trial - This session looks at techniques for introducing buyers to your products and services through trials and gateway products.

24th August, 1pm - Week Nine: Securing Adoption - This session looks at ways to get over the final hurdle and securing the business.

31st August, 1pm - Week Ten: Encouraging Loyalty - This session looks at how to maintain satisfaction and generate referrals and repurchase from your existing customers.

PART THREE: Managing & Measuring

7th Sept, 1pm - Week Eleven: Budgeting & Measurement - This session outlines a framework for distributing your budget and measuring your marketing effectiveness.

14th Sept - 1pm - Week Twelve: Summary & Review - A review of the whole process and summary of key points.
